Helen's Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Ground turkey, a combination of white and dark meat, is usually less expensive and more flavorful than ground turkey breast, but it's also higher in fat.  Recipe from Helen Lutkiewicz.

Serves 4, 7 points per serving.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 3/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 lb, 3 oz ground Turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients into loaf and bake.
