Lemon Garlic Green Beans

  • 2 cups garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. green beans, cut into 2" pieces
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. In skillet, cook garlic, 30 seconds.
  2. Add beans, cook & stir 10-13 minutes to crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
