Pear Blue Salad

  • mixed salad greens
  • 2 fresh Bartlett Pears, cored and sliced
  • 2 tbsp minced shallots or green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Top greens with everything, toss gently, drizzle with balsamic to taste.
